Gate 12mm Glass-Glass 800 x 1200 (PSC)
The 12mm Soft Close Gate panels are designed to suit the Polaris Soft Close Hinges. This panel suits a glass to glass application and can be used for a pool fence gate. If you are hanging your gate from a glass panel, you will need a Soft Close Hinge Panel. You can latch a Soft Close Gate to a standard piece of glass, post or wall. Gate includes 5mm radius corners, polished edges and is Australian Stadard Compliant AS/NZS2208.

About the Glass
Toughened glass is made from annealed glass via a thermal tempering process. The glass panels are placed on a roller table that takes it through a furnace. It is then heated to above its annealing point of approx 700degreesC. The glass is then rapidly cooled. Punch testing of the toughened glass occurs every house as per Australian Standards.
