Coach Bolts

Coach Bolts

Coach Bolts are a heavy duty screw designed for metal to timber connections, or to join heavy timbers. Coach Bolts may also be referred to as lag bolts or lag screws. They have a hexagonal head which is engineered to be used with a spanner. Coach Bolts are often used at critical joins because of their solid manufacture. They are often used over nails as they can easily be removed and reused. When using Coach Bolts for wood to wood connections or in an application where it will pass through the wood first, we recommend using a washer so the head won't be pulled into the wood.

Coach Bolts are available in a range of metric sizes in both stainless steel and gal.
