Glass 12mm Clearglaze1000x1350 MR(Hinge)
For the minimalist look, Clearglaze channel glass is an ideal solution. glass is grouted directly into the ground which removes the need for spigots, or the use of the Versatilt channel giving a sleek, clean look.
Hinge Panels are used to hang a pool gate off so there are holes on one end to allow for the hinges to be attached. Hinge Panels come in a range of sizes and will replace a standard glass panel. This Hinge Panel works with the Master Range Hinges and Master Range Gates. They are 12mm toughened glass, have 5mm radius corners and polished edges.

About the Glass:
Toughened glass is made from annealed glass via a thermal tempering process. The glass panels are placed on a roller table that takes it through a furnace. It is then heated to above its annealing point of approx 700degreesC. The glass is then rapidly cooled. Punch testing of the toughened glass occurs every house as per Australian Standards.
